CAN I CHANGE MY MIND AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may have the right to cancel certain online purchases within 14 days of receipt. However, this right may not apply to custom or made-to-order artworks. Please contact us to discuss your eligibility.’
CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
All requests to cancel or amend orders must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, your artwork may have already been prepared for shipment, and changes cannot be guaranteed.
WHAT IF MY ARTWORK ARRIVES AND IT’S NOT WHAT I EXPECTED?
If your artwork arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing customerservice@circa.art. Where appropriate, we will offer a refund, repair, or replacement in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Please note: if you were informed of a flaw or issue before purchase, you may not be eligible for a remedy.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
To qualify for a refund, returned artwork must:
- Be in perfect condition
- Be in its original packaging
- Include all original documentation, including the Certificate of Authenticity, where applicable
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method. This may take up to 14 days from the date of receipt.
Refunds will cover the cost of the artwork, minus a handling fee (which varies by size and destination). Please note that VAT and import duties are non-refundable, though you may be able to reclaim them from your local tax authority.
AM I ELIGIBLE FOR A REPLACEMENT OR RETURN?
We can only accept returns that meet the following conditions:
- The item is returned in perfect condition
- It includes all original documentation (including the Certificate of Authenticity, if applicable)
Returns missing this documentation may be ineligible for refund or replacement. If you have questions about a specific case, please reach out to our team.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNED ITEMS HOLDING PERIOD?
If an item is returned due to delivery issues (e.g., undeliverable address, failed delivery, incorrect shipment), we will notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.
We will hold such items securely for up to 90 days from the date of receipt. You are responsible for ensuring your contact details are up to date and for responding to our messages within this timeframe.
If we do not hear from you within 90 days, we reserve the right to consider the item unclaimed and may dispose of it at our discretion (including by donation, resale, or destruction), in accordance with applicable laws.
This holding period does not apply to items returned for refunds, since those are processed separately under our refund policy.
