Orders & Shipping

1. When will my order by shipped?
   You can find the estimated shipping time for products on the individual product pages (see Payment, Policies and Shipping). This information will also be included in your confirmation email.We check every artwork thoroughly before dispatch. We aim to ship all orders within 7–10 working days but shipping times may vary based on your location and the specific edition, meaning they may take longer to arrive.
2. How will my artwork be packaged?
   We ship all prints flat in triple-wall cardboard and use specially designed compostable, eco-friendly bags to ensure it arrives safely and sustainably. Your artwork will arrive with a Certificate of Authenticity and other printed material.
3. How much does shipping cost?
   All orders are dispatched from the UK using DHL Express services:
   – UK: Free Shipping, unless otherwise specified
   – EU: £50
   – INT: £60
4. Do we ship internationally?
   Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey. DHL will also continue to provide updates up to time of delivery. Please note: international shipments are subject to customs duties, taxes, or local delivery fees, which are collected at checkout (see below)
5. How do you declare goods for international orders?
   All international shipments are declared as Printed Edition Artworks with the appropriate value and HS Codes listed on the customs documentation. If you require a Commercial Invoice or encounter any issues with local customs authorities then please don’t hesitate contacting us, we’re always happy to help: customerservice@circa.art
6. Can we mark your shipment as a gift?
   No, but nice try.
7. Is my order insured while being shipped?
   We assess the value of the work to determine the necessary insurance coverage in case any issues arise during delivery to you.
8. Will I be charged duties and taxes by the customs of my country?
   Every order is shipped from CIRCA HQ in London with DHL Express.Depending on your location, duties, taxes and any other import fees will either be included at checkout (DDP) or payable on delivery (DDU). This will be stated in the shipping service at checkout before you complete your order. If charges apply on delivery, your local customs authority or courier may request payment before delivery.Current countries we send via DDP (Duties Paid Delivery): Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, St Lucia, United Arab Emirates, United States.

   For all other destinations, duties, taxes, and any applicable handling or clearance fees are payable by you on delivery and are not included in your order total. If you would like to request an invoice from us, please email: customerservice@circa.art

9. Does the displayed price include VAT?
   For UK orders, VAT is included in the display price. For European and International orders, VAT is calculated based on location and added at checkout. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions: customerservice@circa.art
10. Which courier(s) do we use?
    All shipments are sent using DHL Express. If you have specific instructions for postage please add these onto your order or reach out to us at: customerservice@circa.art
