Through posters, paintings, sculptures, magazines, billboards and public actions, the image spread virally through cities around the world, challenging prejudice while creating visibility for communities affected by the epidemic. Broadcast across public screens in London, Los Angeles, Melbourne, Milan, New York, Seoul and Tokyo, the project reimagined General Idea's original concept of the \"image virus\" for a global audience, celebrating four decades of activism while supporting the international ambition of achieving zero new HIV transmissions by 2030.
